Monitoring results, alerts, and reports are provided for informational purposes only. SteadyWeb does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of monitoring data.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including software, trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by or licensed to SteadyWeb. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

10. User Content

You retain ownership of any data, URLs, configurations, or content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant SteadyWeb a limited license to process such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

11. Suspension and Termination
